Dr. Jeffrey Harmon returned to his roots in Cincinnati, Ohio after training on Park Avenue in New York City with one of the world’s best facial plastic surgeons. He and his wife Fara founded Harmon Facial Plastic Surgery in 2020 with a mission to be the premier guide for patients along their journey towards feeling confident. Dr. and Mrs. Harmon recognize the intelligence of those they care for. As a result, patients experience honest and insightful conversations with Dr. Harmon. Dr. Harmon is a double board certified and fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon, the pinnacle of educational achievement in the specialty. Following his elite education and surgical training, Dr. Harmon brought advanced techniques in the surgical and non-surgical care of the face, neck, eyes, nose, and hair home to the Cincinnati, Ohio area. For example, Dr. Harmon is among the few surgeons in the world fellowship trained in the extended deep plane facelift – a gold-standard facelift technique – by the surgeon who developed it, Dr. Andrew Jacono.

Deep plane facelift surgery can help restore a more youthful, defined, heart-shaped appearance to the face. The procedure contrasts with more traditional facelift approaches by addressing the primary cause of age-related changes in the face, which is volume that has fallen in the cheeks and the jawline. Deep plane facelift surgery not only allows a more natural-appearing result than other techniques. It can also improve healing by minimizing tension on the incision sites.
Blepharoplasty surgery can help restore more youthful contours to the upper and lower eyelids. There are two broad categories of blepharoplasty surgery. Upper blepharoplasty surgery addresses excess skin and volume changes in the upper eyelids which lead to hanging, redundant tissue. Similarly, lower blepharoplasty surgery addresses excess skin and protruding volume in the lower eyelids. The above changes to the upper and lower eyelids can make patients look not only older but sad and tired.
The nose is a complex three-dimensional facial feature that serves an important role balancing the aesthetics of the surrounding features, including the eyes and lips. Rhinoplasty surgery can help address aesthetic concerns about the nose and/or difficulty breathing through the nose. There are multiple possible surgical approaches to rhinoplasty. The specific approach to rhinoplasty surgery is individualized to each patient.

I went to Dr Harmon to address a mole removal. I had a mole on my forehead and with each pregnancy it got bigger and would protrude off my face. Under certain lighting it would cast shadows appearing larger or like a big zit. I was really self conscious of it but I was also very nervous to remove it since it’s MY FACE! Dr Harmon and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful in scheduling, and explaining what the procedure would intel. I’m almost a year post removal and I am so glad I did it! My one nostril would collapse because the cartilage in my nose tip had moved off to one side, and the other would pinch and close as well. He explained how it would be fixed and explained what I could expect cosmetically in terms of making the nose tip straighter and more symmetric again.
